Bodyweight Home Workout

The Corona Virus (COVID-19) has much of the world practicing social distancing. This includes self distancing, staying indoors and obviously avoiding gym/fitness facilities (much of which have been temporarily closed by the state or federal government).

This series of home/outdoor bodyweight/minimal equipment workouts are to be used to bridge the gap from your current “social distancing” quarantined lifestyle, to hopefully return to the life one previously knew.

Quarantine WOD #1

FOR TIME

Run 1 Mile

20 Lunges (or 30 seconds worth of lunges) at the start of every minute

Details:

Every minute on the minute, do 20 walking lunges, or 30 seconds worth of lunges. During the rest of the minute, walk/jog/run the distance of 1 mile.

Once you’ve reached the distance of 1 mile, you’re done!
