How Much Does Training at The FIT Facility Cost?
PRICING AT THE FIT FACILITY
Transparent. Professional. Coaching-First.
At The FIT Facility, pricing reflects professional coaching, structured programming, and long-term results — not open-gym access or random workouts. Our programs are designed for adults and athletes who value expert instruction, accountability, and intelligent progression.
If you are looking for the cheapest option in town, we may not be the right fit.

What Determines Pricing at The FIT Facility?
Pricing is based on:
Coaching attention and group size
Program design and progressions, not templates
Athlete vs adult performance demands
Experience, education, and certifications of the coaching staff
This is coaching-first training, not 24/7 facility access.
Adult Total Fitness Training Pricing
Our Total Fitness program is designed for busy adults who want to look, move, and feel athletic again — without guessing, bouncing between programs, burning out or worrying about getting injured.
Total Fitness Group Training
Unlimited weekly sessions: $30/week (3 month commitment)
Or drop in rate at $15/session
Includes:
Coach-led sessions
Progressive strength and conditioning
Multi-planar training and athletic development
Small group coaching environment
Structured programming with accountability
Who this is for:
Adults who value coaching, structure, and consistency.
Who this is not for:
People who want to work out unsupervised or follow random workouts.
Sports Performance Training Pricing
Our Sports Performance program is built for middle school, high school, and college athletes who want to improve speed, strength, power, and overall performance without overtraining.
How Our Sports Performance Training Fits With School and Team Training
We account for everything the athlete is already doing during the week, including school weight room sessions, team practices, and game schedules. Training at The FIT Facility is designed to complement that workload, not compete with it.
When appropriate, we amplify the physical qualities already being developed at school. When those qualities are missing, we fill the gaps.
This makes our Sports Performance training an excellent supplementary program for athletes who already lift at school, and a complete stand-alone program for athletes who do not have access to structured strength training through their team.
What Athletes Train at The FIT Facility
Multi-directional speed and agility
Multi-directional, multi-planar strength and power
Movement efficiency and force application
Injury risk reduction through intelligent progression
Athletes who train here improve performance on the field and court. Period.
Sports Performance Pricing Option
Unlimited (MWF) weekly sessions: $35.75/weekly (3 month commitment)
Or a drop in rate of $30/session
Training frequency is recommended based on the athlete’s sport, season, and current workload.
Youth Performance Training (Ages 9–12)
Our Youth Performance program prioritizes FIT Long-Term Athletic Development. The goal is not early specialization or maxing kids out. The goal is to build better movers who are prepared for sport, growth, and future training.
FIT Long-Term Athletic Development for Youth Athletes
Youth athletes are taught how to run, jump, and land correctly before intensity is ever increased. We introduce strength training, jump training, and plyometric concepts in a way that matches both physical and cognitive development.
This approach builds confidence, coordination, and resilience while reducing injury risk as kids grow.
What Youth Athletes Learn in This Program
Running mechanics and coordination
Jumping and landing fundamentals
Introductory strength training
Introductory jump and plyometric training
Speed and agility development through structured games
Why We Use Speed and Agility Games
Speed and agility games allow us to meet kids where they are cognitively. These games improve reaction time, spatial awareness, and athletic confidence while keeping training engaging and fun.
Kids learn faster when they are invested, challenged, and enjoying movement.
Youth Performance Pricing Options
Unlimited (MWF) weekly sessions: $35.75/weekly (3 month commitment)

Personal Training Pricing
Personal Training at The FIT Facility is for individuals who need a higher level of attention, coaching, and customization than group training allows. This option is ideal for athletes or adults with specific performance goals, injury considerations, schedule limitations, or a desire for one-on-one coaching.
What Personal Training Includes
One-on-one coaching with a qualified performance coach
Fully customized programming based on goals and training history
Technical instruction and real-time feedback
Progression tailored to the individual, not the group
Training that complements existing sport or fitness demands
Personal Training Pricing
$60 per session
3-month commitment required
The 3-month commitment allows enough time to establish proper movement patterns, build consistency, and produce meaningful results. Short-term training does not support long-term progress, and we do not offer single-session personal training.
Who Personal Training Is For
Athletes with specific performance needs
Adults returning from injury or long layoffs
Individuals who prefer a private coaching environment
Clients who want maximum accountability and coaching density
Who Personal Training Is Not For
Drop-in training
One-off sessions
Individuals looking for unsupervised workouts
