Who will reach out after I submit the form?

A coach from The FIT Facility will contact you by call or text within 24 hours. Not a salesperson. A real coach who wants to understand your goals and help you take the next step.

Is this a sales call?

No. It’s a conversation. We’ll talk through where you’re at, what you’re trying to improve, and whether FIT is the right place for you. If it’s not a good fit, we’ll be honest about that.

Do you work with beginners?

Yes. Many people who start here are getting back into training after time away or have never trained in a coached environment before. Everything is taught, scaled, and progressed based on your experience level.

Is FIT only for athletes?

No. We work with adults, athletes, and youth. While we’re known for sports performance, many of our members are busy adults who want to feel strong, move better, and stay consistent.

How is this different from a regular gym or group class?

At FIT, coaching comes first. Every session follows a plan, and you’re coached throughout your workout. This isn’t random programming or “just sweat” training. It’s structured, intentional, and built to last.

What happens after the initial call or text?

We’ll help you choose the right starting point based on your goals, schedule, and background. That may include a trial session so you can experience what training at FIT actually feels like before committing.

What’s the Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your monthly membership needs to be done in writing 30 days in advance in order to avoid being billed for the following month.    

Do you freeze or hold Memberships

Should you need to put a membership on freeze for medical reasons, military reasons, or temporary job transfer, please let us know 30 days prior to the date you need it paused.  We do not have a membership freeze policy for any other reason.
