Adult Fitness

Our Adult Fitness training (small group, 1-15 athletes) is our bread and butter!

THESE SESSIONS ARE PROVEN TO:

  • Build lean, athletic muscle!

  • increase strength & endurance!

  • scorch body fat!

Our Adult Fitness session provides a full spectrum, periodized strength program that utilizes progressive overload to ensure you see constant results! 

We then proceed to the conditioning portion featuring our proprietary metabolic resistance training circuit (similar to HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING, hiit).

THE CIRCUIT IS A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT THAT WILL BE FOCUSED AROUND THE MAIN LIFT OF THE DAY. 

OUR PHILOSOPHY IS THIS... NO ONE EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT BEING TOO STRONG, OR HAVING TOO MUCH LEAN MUSCLE.

HOWEVER, NEARLY EVERYONE CAN AGREE THAT THEY CAN IMPROVE THEIR STRENGTH, AND PROBABLY SHED SOME BODY FAT.

OUR PROGRAM DOES EXACTLY THAT. 

You'll find this program "satisfyingly difficult".

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

WE ALSO offer PERSONAL TRAINING at The Fit Facility!

During our personal training session, all the attention is on you. 

You will get a custom strength and conditioning plan specific to YOUR needs!

Everybody is different, which means every body is different. So we will identify and target your individual needs!

Personal training spots are extremely limited, so request yours before it's gone!

Sports Performance Program

is geared towards middle school & high school aged athletes. Each strength program will be tailored to the individual athlete. 

Because the strength programs are individualized, the group size will always be small (1-15 athletes).

As such, spots are limited!

What you'll experience as an athlete

Our main focus with these athletes is to help them become more athletic, stronger, faster, and help reduce injuries.

Coach Dixon's roots are in collegiate sports, and as such, he's brought the collegiate experience to you! 

During our athletic performance session, you'll experience:

  • wide range of strength training (bilateral & unilateral) tailored to the individual athlete

  • plyometric and medball training

  • conditioning techniques for sport specific energy systems

As well as:

  • Foam rolling and mobility techniques

  • injury reduction techniques

  • muscle activation

  • dynamic warmup

Recovery is the second half of the workout, and it’s important to start that recovery process as soon as possible. Which is why all of our sports performance athletes receive FREE PROTEIN DRINKS AFTER OUR TRAINING SESSION!

You'll be what we call a "satellite athlete". You'll have access to one of our coaches, our proven annual fitness plan, and nutritional coaching!
