Our Youth Sports Performance Program (YOUTH-PRE_TEEN) is a complete must for any young athlete who wants to develop foundational skills that will help them rise above their competition!



We have developed a safe, fun, training environment for young athletes where they will learn foundational sports skills such as:

  • Learning how to warm up properly

  • Introduction to plyometrics

  • Introduction to strength training

  • How how to jump and land in safe positions (Jump training, injury prevention)

  • Coordination & Balance training

  • Speed & agility training (fun speed games)
