This program is built to make athletes more athletic. Faster. Stronger. More durable. More confident.

  • Jump training and movement skill development

  • Small-group coaching, not “team conditioning”

You want a training plan that translates to the field or court and reduces injury risk.

Youth Sports Performance

For ages 9 to 12 to build a foundation the right way

Youth athletes do not need punishment. They need coaching.

Do not live in Florence but still want our systems and coaching standards. This is remote training with structure and accountability.

    If you’re an adult who wants to feel strong, move better, and stay consistent, Total Fitness is usually the right place to start.
    If you’re an athlete or a parent of an athlete, Sports Performance or Youth Sports Performance is likely the fit.

  • Our programs are coaching-first.

    That means:

    • You’re not guessing what to do

    Everything is scaled and progressed based on where you’re starting. Many people join after time away from training or with very little experience.

  • Most programs are small-group coaching, which gives you structure, accountability, and individual attention without the cost of one-on-one.

    If you need fully individualized coaching, Personal Training is available.

    You’ll follow structured programming with coaching support, built on the same systems we use in person at The FIT Facility.
