Our adult strength and conditioning sessions are our bread and butter. It begins with 1-2 main lifts for the day paired with accessory mobility work + a metabolic resistance training (MRT) finisher. This is a fast paced workout that is designed to scorch fat while building lean body mass.
This is great for beginners & advanced athletes alike! Each class is designed to be around 1 hour (including warm-up).
