Structured sessions for adults, athletes, and youth — coached, organized, and designed to fit real life.

At The FIT Facility, training is scheduled with intention. We do not run open gym chaos or random class times. Each session is coached, population-specific, and designed around how people actually live, work, and train.

Different groups train at different times on purpose. That is how quality stays high.

Total Fitness Schedule

For adults who want to look, move, and feel athletic again.

Monday – Friday

Every Total Fitness session is coached from start to finish. You will follow a structured plan, train with purpose, and leave knowing exactly what you accomplished.

These are not “come and go” classes. They are coached training sessions.

Sports Performance Schedule

For middle school, high school, and advanced athletes.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4pm

Sports Performance sessions are built around speed, agility, strength, and power development. Programming accounts for what athletes are already doing at school and practice, so training here complements rather than competes with their season.

Youth Performance Schedule

Ages 9–12 | Long-Term Athletic Development

Tuesday, Thursday

4pm

Youth Performance focuses on teaching kids how to run, jump, land, and move well. We introduce strength, plyometrics, and coordination in a way that is safe, structured, and age appropriate.

This is where athletic confidence starts.

Personal Training Availability

1-on-1 and small group coaching

Personal Training sessions are scheduled outside of group class times and are available by appointment only. This option is ideal for highly specific goals, individualized programming, or athletes returning from injury.

A few things to know

  • All sessions are coached start to finish

  • Training groups are intentionally capped to maintain quality

  • You do not need to stay for the entire time block if your program does not require it

  • Missed sessions can be made up within the same week when space allows

  • No. Your schedule shows available training windows. You attend the sessions that match your program and availability, not every block listed.

  • Many members alternate based on work and family schedules.

  • If you miss your scheduled session you can attend another session in that day. There are no make ups — the show goes on!
