Coaches at The FIT Facility
Coaching Comes First
At The FIT Facility, coaching is the product.
Not equipment.
Not workouts on a whiteboard.
Not apps or templates.
People come here because they want guidance, clarity, and a plan that actually makes sense for their body, their schedule, and their goals.
This page introduces the people responsible for that standard.
Why Coaching Matters
Most people don’t struggle with motivation.
They struggle with direction.
Bad coaching creates confusion:
Exercises without explanation
No clear progression
No feedback
No long-term plan
Good coaching creates confidence:
You know what you’re doing
You know why you’re doing it
You feel supported, not judged
Progress shows up and sticks
That difference is not accidental. It’s coached.
Owner & Head Coach
Jamie Dixon
Jamie Dixon is the Owner and Head Coach of The FIT Facility and the architect of how training is delivered here.
His background includes competitive athletics, collegiate football, graduate-level education in kinesiology, and years of hands-on coaching athletes and adults across all ability levels.
Jamie built FIT around a simple belief:
Training should be intelligent, progressive, and sustainable.
That belief shows up in every program through:
Coaching-first systems
Long-term athletic development principles
Multi-planar strength, speed, and power
Programs designed for real people with real lives

The FIT Coaching Standard
Every coach at The FIT Facility is held to the same non-negotiable standard.
What Our Coaches Are Expected to Do
Teach movement clearly and safely
Coach both athletes and adults with confidence
Progress and regress exercises intelligently
Correct technique in real time
Communicate purpose, not just instructions
What We Don’t Do
Babysit workouts
Hand clients off to screens
Rely on random programming
Coach by volume alone
If someone is coaching on the floor at FIT, they’ve earned that role.
Who Our Coaches Work With
Our coaching staff works with:
Busy adults who want to feel strong, capable, and athletic again
Youth athletes learning how to move well early
Middle and high school athletes building real speed, strength, and confidence
Adults who value expert guidance because their time is limited
Regardless of age or goal, the standard stays the same.
What Training Feels Like at FIT
Training at FIT is structured, focused, and intentional.
You’ll notice:
Clear coaching cues
Small group attention
Purposeful progressions
An environment that supports effort without intimidation
It’s challenging.
It’s intelligent.
And it’s built to last.
