You often hear people say “if I’m going to go on a ‘diet’ I’ve got to be 100% all or nothing”

•••

What does that even mean?

•••

If you fail to eat clean for one meal you’re gonna eat tater tots the rest of your days?

•••

Only in fitness/nutrition do you see people take that mentality.

•••

For example, if you forgot to take the 🐶 out and he 💩 on the floor. You gonna get rid of him? No of course not. You’re pick the 💩 up and go about your day.

•••

The truth is, nothing in life is 100%. So when you take that mentality to your diet, you’re setting yourself up to fail. You’re gonna take an “L”.

•••

Instead, learn how, what, when, and how much to eat. Learn that’s it’s all about balance and consistency.
