This training program is a play off of “Escalating Density Training” made famous by strength & conditioning coach Charles Staley.

This 3 day a week, full body training program is designed to build lean athletic muscle, with minimal/no equipment!

The goal is to get as many quality rounds as possible in the given mini circuit.

This program will primarily utilize bodyweight. However, if one needs to add external resistance in the form of a backpack, kettlebell, dumbbell, etc. By all means, load it up!

Minimal equipment required

  • Sliders (paper towels, paper plates, furniture slides, Valside, etc.)
