Sports Performance Program (Middle & High School Athletes)

$35.75/week — 3-month commitment required - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

This isn’t some weekend “speed camp” run by an ex-athlete in a park or gym with a stopwatch.

This is performance training built by someone who’s done it at the highest levels — on the field and on the sidelines.

Led by Jamie Dixon — Hall of Fame inductee, former All-American football player, and Division I strength and conditioning coach — the FIT Sports Performance Program delivers what others can’t: results grounded in experience, education, and a system that works.

And no — we’re not here to compete with what athletes are already doing at school.

We’re here to complement it.

Most school programs lack multidirectional movement work, proper progression, and high-level coaching. That’s where FIT fills the gap.

$35.75/week — 3-month commitment required - Tuesday, Thursday at 4pm.

They’re not just playing — they’re learning how to move, compete, and grow.

At this age, most kids aren’t getting what they need to become better athletes. PE is limited, school weight rooms are off-limits, and youth sports often skip the fundamentals of movement altogether.

That’s where we come in.

The Youth Performance Program at FIT is built specifically for young athletes — not watered-down versions of our older programs, but sessions intentionally designed for how kids this age learn and move.

Here’s what we focus on:

  • Multidirectional speed and agility training taught through engaging movement-based games

  • Foundational strength using bodyweight, medicine balls, kettlebells, and age-appropriate resistance

  • Introduction to plyometrics — learning how to land, jump, and absorb force properly

  • Movement education through play — not yelling, not drills they don’t understand

  • Coaching that teaches, encourages, and builds confidence
