So everyone is probably guilty of this in some way, shape, or form.
You’ve been hitting the gym, you’ve great results, but after a while, you just aren’t getting the “gains” that you once got.
Well that’s simple. If you keep performing the same exercises, at the same volume and intensity, you’ll not only notice that you aren’t getting “gains”, but more than likely you’ll experience a performance DECREASE 📉😱.
This my friends is a general law of biology, known as Accommodation.
The best ways to avoid Accommodation are the following:
💪keep the same exercises but increase the training load (intensity, volume)
💪Or change the exercise
